John: Still kind of hungover from a late night outing in Philly on Saturday which ended with me and my friend splitting a $230 cab ride at 5:00 am from Philly to central Jersey where my in-laws live. We thought we could catch a train late night at the Philly train station. We thought wrong. We left our friend Pete waiting for a train back to DC. A homeless guy was sketching him. Pete later told me he gave him $4.
Here are some pictures from Saturday:
We met Steph from “Survivor” at the Flyer-Ranger game.
She roams the stands getting the crowd fired up. After the game, went to a bar called Frank’s . . .
Then later talked with this dude for along while in an alley - a Vietnam vet down on his luck.
I think we ended up giving him like $100 bucks.

Took my son to get his first haircut today. Sat in a firetruck, watched Teletubbies, cut lasted 7 minutes . $25 plus tip please.
Trying to figure out which sportswriters might be interested in writing some articles about us. Talking to some friends in the press who said they want to help. That’s the one good thing about this process: Brad and I are lucky to have good friends who genuinely want to help us – especially those who have seen the product. Kenny Mayne – big fan. Need to get a quote from him to post on the website.
Wendy from the San Luis Obispo Film Festival called me today to see if we were coming to the fest. I told here we were flattered but we can’t commit yet. She was cool and said she really dug the film and said “you guys are good”. Made us feel good. Also had to turn down the Durango Film Festival. Can’t really talk about why yet but will do so on the blog as soon as I am able. Legal shit. We’ll leave it at that.
Going to post a scene from the movie on YouTube tonite. Good stuff of Michael Matz and his son interacting with Barbaro last March.
Rangers lose 2-1 to Toronto
Brad: Sat in my minature “edit suite”. . .
Picked out a great clip of Michael and his son with Barbaro. Went home had dinner with my girlfriend . At around 10:30 my friend Phil dropped a tripod he had borrowed . . . had some

. . .then went to bed. I’ve learned from Cousin Paul (he’s in our doc) that one should never drink bourbon from any other state then Kentucky…that means no Jack Daniels.
