TOUGH WEEK WITH THE COWBOY

Brad: Had a front row seat for the drama this week as I ventured down to Oaklawn for the Arkansas Derby.
A week in which Cowboy Larry saw two of his superstars - Proud Spell and Old Fashioned - retire.
Great movie drama. Bad for a horse lover like LJ.But he took it really well.
Both horses are doing well and will live nice long lives in and around the breeding shed. I was there to document Old Fashoined’s operation as well as visit Hard Spun with Larry.
We’ll trying to get twitter up and running so we can keep people abreast Derby Week. Keep you posted.
